The staff was kind and always on disposal. The location of the hotel was great - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice Museum. Moreover, it was right by centre, and old town.

Ideal location right in the center of everything, and the staff were super helpful. Our family - two adults and two kids - stayed in a standard apartment. 🌟

Deluxe hotel, staff were nice and the location was incredible in the city center. I was given clean room with family 2 adults +2 kids. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were a plus. Location: the venue was close to public transport and centre of old town.

This venue has a great central location and the rooms are equipped with very comfortable beds, air conditioning, a sofa bed, and an iron.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay in a newer, modern apartment. the location was perfect, just steps away from all the historic attractions and restaurants. the apartment was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge and relaxing. We loved the fact that the apartment was quiet and provided privacy, making it feel like a home away from home.

The only downside we experienced was some noise outside at night due to a nearby street, or people coming back from a night out. the TV in the apartment was a bit outdated and not a smart TV, which made it difficult to watch our favorite holiday movies.

The location couldn't be better! The hotel is situated right in the middle of the action, close to all the Christmas festivities and with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the heating kept us nice and warm despite the cold outside.

The check-in was a bit complicated, as we had to go to a separate building to pick up the keys. However, the staff was helpful, and we managed to find it without too much trouble.
